Leadership Development
On March 8th, 2025, International Women’s Day, something unforgettable happened in the heart of Houston.
At the prestigious Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria, we held the first annual Executive and Governing Women’s Forum, birthed by The Queens’ Hub Global Alliance, our organization committed to the advancement of global transformation through wealth and liberty programs for women.
This was not just another women’s event.
It was a gathering of generals in the making; women who lead in boardrooms, in nations, in families, and in
industries. Women who are not waiting to be given a seat, but are building the table and leading from it.
And it happened intentionally on International Women’s Day as our gift to women all over the world. One day isn’t enough to celebrate your visionary brilliance, but curating this event was an attempt to tell Women leaders across the world “Well done!”
Why We Birthed This Forum?
We created this Forum because we believe something critical:
When executive and governing women align, transformation is inevitable.
Too often, women who lead at high levels do so in isolation. They carry the burden of visibility, strategy, and execution alone. This forum was born to change that.
We designed it as a sacred and strategic space where:
• Visionary women leaders gather
• Insight meets implementation
• Strategy aligns with soul
• And legacy is not just discussed — it’s built
This is more than an event.
It’s a movement.
A Day That Marked History
I had the deep honor of delivering the keynote on “Visionary Leadership & Strategies for Global Impact” a message drawn from both experience and conviction, aimed at unlocking the inner governance of every woman in the room.
I was joined by two remarkable women who elevated the energy in the room:
• Temitope Okeseyin, who shook the house with transformative strategies for Building Borderless Brands and mastering the art of global positioning.
• Omolola (Lola) Oyewumi, whose deep and practical approach to financial planning and wealth mastery ignited women to lead financially empowered lives.
And just when we thought the day couldn’t carry more glory, we were honored with a Certificate of Recognition from the City of Houston and the residents of District G, presented by Council Member Mary Nan Huffman.
This honor was not just about us. It was a statement that Houston is watching.
Houston is ready for a new breed of women; strategic, refined, powerful. Leading at the helm of transformation.

We’re also open to sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
